At Decor Trenz, we ensure our products are packed with utmost care to reach our customers in impeccable condition. If, however, you receive a damaged item, kindly send us a photo of the damaged product and its packaging within 24 hours of receipt. Our team will address the issue promptly.

Understanding that sometimes products might not fit into your space as envisioned, we offer a return service. Returns are accepted within 7 days post-delivery. When returning, specify the items you’re sending back. If only part of an order is returned, ensure only that portion is handed over to the pickup agent.

For first-time returns, the process is charge-free. We’ll arrange a pickup from your location, and once received, we will issue store credit for the value of the returned items. This credit can be used for any other purchase on our website, Please note, shipping charges (if any) from the original order are non-refundable. Any free return can be denied if a previous COD order was canceled upon delivery.

For customers who have previously returned items, a fee applies for subsequent returns. Upon pickup and receipt of the returned items, store credit (minus the return charges) will be provided:

– For orders below ₹2500: ₹250 pickup charge
– For orders above ₹2500: 10% of the order total as pickup charge

Returned items must be in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received. All associated documentation should be included in the return.

In rare cases where our courier partners (names of courier partners, if any, can be mentioned here) might not service a specific pin code for returns, the reverse pickup will be scheduled once serviceability is restored.

While we ship numerous parcels daily, instances of missing products or transit thefts are exceptionally rare. If you suspect your parcel was tampered with, immediately contact our team and capture a video before opening it. If an SMS or email stating successful delivery is received but the parcel isn’t, notify our team within 24 hours.

While **Decor Trenz** uses reliable third-party courier services, we’re not responsible for delivery delays. For urgent orders, reach out to our team for more information.

Order cancellations or alterations are permitted only within 4 hours of placing the order. Once packed or shipped, orders cannot be canceled. If not accepted upon delivery, the order will be treated as a return. For COD orders, Decor Trenz may restrict future orders. For prepaid orders, two-way shipping costs might be charged for any denial at the doorstep.

Our goal is to process all returns within 10 days. For inquiries about returns, contact the Decor Trenz team at or via phone at the numbers provided.

Return requests must be approved before processing. Our team should receive and approve your return request through email, text, or call. After receiving, it may take up to 48 hours for the team to respond.

Orders made online cannot be returned at any physical stores (if you have any).

Upon successful quality checks of the returned items, you’ll receive store credit or a voucher valid for the next 3 months without limitations.

Any disputes will be handled amicably as we aim for utmost customer satisfaction. For unresolved disputes, the jurisdiction will be Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

Note: For our artisanal and handcrafted products, slight variations in texture, color, or size might be present. These natural inconsistencies add uniqueness and are not considered defects.

Bulk or customized orders follow a different policy. Their returns will be discussed individually.

Decor Trenz reserves the right to deny repetitive returns for the same order. However, we always prioritize what’s best for our customers.
