Delivery timelines are based on location, distance, and our courier partners. Although we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the courier company or postal authorities, we will assist you in tracking your package. Your order might be split into multiple packages from different locations; however, rest assured, you’ll be charged only once for the entire order’s delivery.

Upon dispatch, we’ll promptly email you the tracking details of your package.

The Cash On Delivery (COD) option isn’t a trial service. Immediate payment upon receipt is essential. Declining COD orders may result in future unavailability of this payment option. For some locations where our courier partners don’t support COD, this option might be inaccessible. If you have any questions, please contact our customer support via WhatsApp.

If you need a delivery at a specific time, please mention it while placing the order or email us. While we strive to honor such requests, we cannot guarantee them.

For deliveries within India, we rely on reputable courier services such as Delhivery, Ecom Express, and Amazon Shipping. Despite partnering with some of India’s top logistics companies, there might be specific locations they cannot service. In such scenarios, we’ll get in touch with you to find an alternative delivery solution.

Should you wish to cancel an order, please email us within 4 hours of order placement. Once shipped, cancellations aren’t accepted. If an order is denied at delivery or if there are three failed delivery attempts, we cannot process any refund.

We’re excited to announce that international shipping will soon be available at Decor Trenz. As of now, Decor Trenz doesn’t ship to PO Boxes or APO addresses.
